One of the attributes of God is He is a loving God. He loves mankind. We have sinned over and over again yet He still loves us, so much so that He sends His only Son, Jesus Christ to redeem us from eternal damnation. As said in the bible,
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,
that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Would describing God as 'Love' be subjective? To one who has not known love, or has received abuse in the name of 'love' associate such a God with their warped sense of the word?
John 3:16 speaks about God's love for mankind. God also loved Job. Does this mean that we, as subjects of His love will receive the same treatment that Job did?
Nowadays why is the world changing and becoming like that??
We can't describe by our human nature. Each one of us has their own interpretation depending the level of faith we have in God and His existence.
Trying to describe God by a mere word "Love" is like trying to confine the wonders of creation itself to a single description "Beautiful". Why just "Love" above Omnipotent, Almighty, the Great I Am ..etc.... Joyce
You have described God as “love.” How have you personally experienced God as “love?”
so again, god is love? if god is always so loving, why is there hell?why must there be blood to save us from sin? if god is love, there shouldn't be a sacrifice, there shouldn't be any condition in order for us to reach him.
we have to turn away from what displeases him to reach him: that is condition.
jesus has to die for us in order to save us from our sins: that is a condition.
love is unconditional yet your God's love is very conditional.
